Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. Maintain daily stock records and ensure accurate inventory tracking using manual logs or inventory management software. Issue materials to kitchen and service departments strictly as per approved requisition forms, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Monitor product expiry dates and promptly report near-expiry, damaged, or spoiled items. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Minimize stock losses by preventing theft, wastage, and improper handling. Ensure proper storage of goods in designated areas such as dry, chilled, and frozen storage, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. Maintain clean, well-organized, and pest-free storage areas in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Label, date, and arrange items clearly to ensure full traceability. Coordinate with procurement and relevant departments to report low stock levels and avoid shortages. Liaise with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies or quality issues. Maintain complete and accurate store documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, requisitions,and inventory records. Prepare and submit regular stock, consumption, and variance reports to management.
Highly Preferred: • Candidates with experience in the Hotel and Catering Industry.
Qualifications & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in storekeeping or inventory management is an added advantage. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the hotel or catering industry. • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and storage best practices. • Familiarity with inventory or ERP software is preferred. • Company-provided food and accommodation. • Immediate joiners preferred (Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa holders).
