Job Title: Senior HR Coordinator (Healthcare) Location: Dubai
Summary:We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment and HR operations within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring Handle onboarding, licensing, and staff documentation Maintain employee records and HR reports Support daily HR operations and compliance
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field3–5 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare Strong personality with ability to handle pressure and deadlines Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes Familiar with DHA/DOH procedures
