Job Purpose

Customer Service Agent, leisure reservations experience, manages and books customized holiday packages. Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and consistently high standards of customer service and communication.

In This Role, You Will

Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages and bookings, providing accurate and timely responses. Manage, coordinate, and customize leisure travel packages, including hotels and related services. Ensure all bookings and transactions are properly documented in line with company procedures. Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and professional communication.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience within a Leisure Reservations team. Proven experience in making bookings and management of holiday packages. IATA certification is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently. Minimum of one (1) year GDS experience – Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.24/7 Shift
