We are hiring | Quantity Surveyor (QS)
We are looking to onboard a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out / decoration works and be capable of independently handling:
Cost estimation and BOQ preparation Tender analysis and budget control Subcontractor evaluation and payment certification Variations, final accounts, and cost reporting Coordination with project, procurement, and site teams
Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering Proven experience in QS role (fit-out experience preferred) Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Location: UAE
Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
