Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, Al Qouz for an Admin and Sales Officer. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, generating leads, managing sales operations, and supporting channel sales. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, processing sales transactions, maintaining sales records, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Inventory control and monitor inventory levels Assist in preparing reports Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales. Strong written and verbal communication in English Customer Service and Communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Experience in the ceramics or arts and crafts industry is a plus Experience in Social Media, Video edits, and photography is a plus
Salary is 2800 AED plus commission - 6 working days only (Tuesday-Sunday)
