Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Offplan Property Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing tailored property solutions, and sharing expert market insights to assist with informed decision-making. Other tasks include maintaining relationships with developers, negotiating property deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively. Expertise in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, specifically in off-plan properties. Proven track record in Sales and client acquisition within the real estate market. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
