Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Key Account Manager to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for young professionals with a strong STEM background who are eager to build a career in account management, client relations, and business development.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Previous sales experience is not required, as full training and onboarding will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal actions
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement
- Support contract discussions and renewals under management guidance
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills gained through academic background
Experience
- No prior sales experience required
- Work experience is not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome
- Any internships, academic projects, or exposure to business environments is a plus
