Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition – Real Estate
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Real Estate Sales teams in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales agents, ensuring the recruitment process is smooth and efficient, and contributing to building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities Assist in full-cycle recruitment for Real Estate Sales Agents Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and recruitment networks Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and real estate experience Schedule and coordinate interviews Conduct onboarding sessions, including company introductions and planning of training and work schedules for new joiners Support training programs for new hires on sales processes, CRM systems, and market knowledge Track and report on new joiner performance and probation assessments Maintain candidate database and assist in recruitment metrics reporting Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dubai real estate company in recruitment, preferably handling sales or high-volume hiring
