Role Description This is a full-time on-site Staff Nurse role located in Dubai. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery. Daily tasks include administering medications, recording patient medical histories, assisting in diagnostic tests, and educating patients and families about health management and care plans. The Staff Nurse will be expected to ensure that all services conform to regulatory standards and promote patient well-being.
Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs Competence in maintaining accurate medical records and handling diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with doctors, patients, and families Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and compassionate care Valid and up-to-date nursing licensure and certification as required for practice in Dubai Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred Proficiency in keeping up with healthcare regulations and ensuring compliance Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
