Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Dubai for an Application Support Specialist - Arabic Speaker. The successful candidate will provide application and technical support, troubleshoot technical issues, assist in system optimization, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions. The role also involves ensuring smooth application performance and addressing user inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve system issues Excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Relevant certifications or prior experience in technical support or application management is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
