About the role We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead UAE sales of NICaS, a non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring system used across various medical specialities. This is a clinical sales role. We need someone who can hold a credible clinical conversation, not just deliver a pitch.
What you'll do Own the full sales cycle across the UAE, prospecting, clinical demonstrations, tenders and quotations, negotiation, and closing Build a pipeline of hospitals, cardiac centers, dialysis units, and private clinics across all seven Emirates Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and department heads in cardiology, nephrology, and critical care Move deals through hospital approval processes with procurement, biomedical engineering, and finance teams Support installation, training, and post-sale follow-up alongside our technical team Build and lead the sales team as the product line grows Represent Abad at conferences, exhibitions, and CME events, and report pipeline and market activity to management
What we're looking for5+ years in medical device or capital equipment sales, with a proven record of closing hospital and clinic deals Solid working knowledge of the medical field Existing network within UAE healthcare, hospital decision-makers, procurement, or clinical departments Experience with hospital tenders, MOH/DHA/DOH regulatory processes, and distributor or group purchasing structures Team management experience, or readiness to build and lead a small sales team Strong presentation and sales skills; fluent English, Arabic a bonus Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates
