Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with UAE regulatory and laboratory safety standards. Respond promptly to client service requests and after-hour call-outs as required.<br><br><br>Required Experience & Skills<br><br> Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. Proven hands-on experience servicing laboratory analytical instruments from leading brands including Agilent, Thermo Fisher, Shimadzu, Perkin Elmer, Beckman Coulter, Waters, Bio-Rad, Roche, Siemens, Mindray, Sysmex, or similar platforms. Strong diagnostic, calibration, and troubleshooting skills across analytical and diagnostic laboratory equipment. UAE engineering registration or licence is strongly preferred. Lead demonstrations of Brainlab Functional Neurosurgery software and platform portfolio. Provide on-site consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving before and during surgery, supporting optimal patient benefit . Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Biomedical and Information Technologies staff, on the use of Brainlab products and services related to Functional Neurosurgery.
