We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our K-12 School Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE school education sector and a passion for building long-term relationships with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with public and private schools across the UAE. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for the K-12 division. Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with school management and academic departments. Promote EdNex's educational solutions, including STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, Science Labs, Makerspaces, and Classroom Technologies. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in the CRM. Stay updated on educational trends, government initiatives, and school procurement requirements. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Engineering, Technology, Education, Business, or a related field. Must have completed higher education in the UAE. Good knowledge of the UAE K-12 education sector and familiarity with schools across the Emirates. Existing network and relationships with schools, principals, procurement teams, or decision-makers will be a strong advantage. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in educational products, STEM solutions, EdTech, laboratory equipment, or related industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively across the UAE to visit schools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English. Arabic is an added advantage
