Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in backend development. Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, Node.js etc. Proven experience building scalable APIs and microservices architectures. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP). Solid understanding of distributed systems, caching, and asynchronous processing. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
