أداء التكامل الكهربائي والميكانيكي الأساسي لأنظمة التحكم في الطيران والأنظمة الموجودة على الطائرة.
إجراء فحص المكونات والتحقق من التركيب الصحيح والمحاذاة والربط والتورك.
إجراء فحوصات وظيفية وفحص ما قبل الاختبار على تجميعات الطائرات المكتملة.
دعم فرق الهندسة والإنتاج أثناء تجميع النموذج الأولي، التعديل والاختبار.
تحديد عيوب التجميع، المكونات التالفة، مشاكل الأسلاك أو أية شوائب وإبلاغ المشرف/المهندس.
استخدام الأدوات اليدوية، والأدوات الكهربائية، وأجهزة القياس وتثبيتات التجميع بشكل آمن وصحيح.
الحفاظ على سجلات التجميع والفحص والاختبار بدقة.
التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تتم وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة وEHS الخاصة بالشركة.
الحفاظ على منطقة عمل تجميع نظيفة ومنظمة ومتحكم بها.
دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين جودة التجميع والإنتاجية والاعتمادية.
اتباع جميع إجراءات الشركة المعمول بها المتعلقة بالسرية، الأمن والمعلومات التقنية الخاضعة للتحكم.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
دبلوم / ITI / شهادة تقنية في المي mechanical، الكهربائية، الإلكترونية، الميكاترونيك، الطيران أو مجال ذو صلة.
2–5 سنوات من الخبرة في تجميع/دمج الطائرات بدون طيار، طائرات RC، الإلكترونيات، السيارات، الطيران أو الميكانيكا الدقيقة.
يُفضل وجود خبرة في التجميع الميكانيكي والكهربائي.
القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية الأساسية، مخططات الأسلاك والتعليمات الفنية.
معرفة جيدة بالأدوات اليدوية، الأدوات الكهربائية، الموصلات، الأسلاك والاختبارات الكهربائية الأساسية.
فهم أساسي للمحركات، البطاريات، ESCs، المستشعرات والمكونات الإلكترونية.
تكون خبرة في تجميع أو دمج UAV/الدرون ستكون ميزة.
انتباه جيد للتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل مع مكونات ذات دقة عالية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك ضمن فريق إنتاج متعدد التخصصات.
الخبرة المفضلة
سيُفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة في تجميع UAV، طائرات RC، تصنيع aerospace، أنظمة السيارات الكهربائية، الروبوتات، الميكاترونيك أو تصنيع الإلكترونيات.
Assemble drone airframes, structural components, landing systems and other mechanical assemblies.
Install motors, propellers, batteries, wiring harnesses, connectors and electronic components as per technical drawings.
Perform basic electrical and mechanical integration of flight-control and onboard systems.
Carry out component inspection and verify correct fitment, alignment, torque and connections.
Conduct functional checks and pre-test inspections on completed drone assemblies.
Support engineering and production teams during prototype assembly, modification and testing.
Identify assembly defects, damaged components, wiring issues or other abnormalities and report them to the supervisor/engineer.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments and assembly fixtures safely and correctly.
Maintain accurate assembly, inspection and testing records.
Ensure all work is completed in line with company quality, safety and EHS requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized and controlled assembly workstation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve assembly quality, productivity and reliability.
Follow all applicable company procedures relating to confidentiality, security and controlled technical information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Aeronautical or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in drone/UAV, RC aircraft, electronics, automotive, aerospace or precision mechanical assembly.
Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly is highly desirable.
Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
Good knowledge of hand tools, power tools, connectors, wiring and basic electrical testing.
Basic understanding of motors, batteries, ESCs, sensors and electronic components.
Experience with UAV/drone assembly or integration will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with precision components.
Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary production team.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in UAV assembly, RC aircraft, aerospace manufacturing, automotive electrical systems, robotics, mechatronics or electronics manufacturing will be preferred.
