1. Project Execution & Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Support the Project Manager in managing all phases of project delivery.

• Develop project execution plans, work schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure efficient execution of works.

• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.

• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

  1. Technical Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electromechanical systems.

• Manage projects involving:

• Compressed Air Systems

• Piping Networks

• HVAC Systems

• Firefighting Systems

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submittals.

• Resolve technical issues and recommend engineering solutions during project execution.

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.

  1. Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and technicians.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

• Monitor workforce productivity and performance.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.

4.Cost & Contract Management

• Monitor project costs and support budget control initiatives.

• Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries.

• Review variations, change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.

• Assist in project close-out documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project engineering and project management.

• Demonstrated experience in electromechanical Installation projects.

• Experience working on industrial facilities, utilities, or power plant projects is highly preferred.

• Proven contractor-side experience in project execution is required.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• Additional certifications related to HSE, Quality Management, or Project Controls will be an advantage.

• Excellent understanding of electromechanical systems and industrial construction practices.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Language Requirements

• English proficiency is mandatory (written and verbal).

• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

• Willingness to work in a site-based environment within power plant facilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
