The Role We are seeking a proactive talent acquisition professional to coordinate recruitment activities, build candidate pipelines, support candidate screening, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities across assigned positions and hiring requirements. Source and engage potential candidates through professional networks, recruitment platforms, and relevant channels. Review applications and candidate profiles against defined role requirements. Support candidate screening, qualification, interview preparation, and selection activities. Coordinate interviews, assessments, schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation. Communicate with candidates regarding applications, interview updates, requirements, and next steps. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify recruitment priorities and candidate needs. Monitor candidate pipelines, recruitment timelines, outstanding actions, and hiring progress. Recommend improvements to sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and recruitment coordination processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related function is preferred. Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment workflows. Knowledge of talent pipeline management, candidate engagement, and structured hiring practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to evaluate candidate profiles objectively against defined requirements. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up. Proactive, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
