• Manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and cash-flow projections.
• Monitor company expenses, payments, receivables, and financial commitments.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Monitor company cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure proper financial controls, approvals, and documentation are maintained.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, VAT, tax, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor project, departmental, and operational costs.
• Work closely with Procurement, HR, Operations, Production, and Management.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Develop and improve finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP including Accounting and Finance modules.
• Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, bank reconciliation, journals, expenses, and financial reporting through Odoo.
• Coordinate with the Odoo team/consultants for system implementation, configuration, and process improvement.
• Integrate Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting workflows in Odoo.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting and financial practices.
• Practical experience with UAE VAT and tax compliance.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of international and local banking transactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory accounting, and procurement-related finance.
• Experience integrating Odoo ERP with Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting.
