✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in ceramic tiles sales✅ Strong communication and customer service skills✅ Good problem-solving and logical thinking✅ Professional communication through calls, Whats App & email✅ Ability to build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business✅ Showroom or building materials sales experience is an advantage✅ Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert quotations into sales✅ Willing to handle urgent customer follow-ups when required

• Assist customers and close sales• Follow up on quotations, orders and deliveries• Handle customer concerns and provide post-sale service• Maintain strong and professional client relationships• Develop repeat business and new sales opportunities• Coordinate with showroom, warehouse and operations teams• Achieve sales targets and support company growth
