Job Details

Role Description An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft systems and components to ensure airworthiness, safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, repairs, and servicing. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics-related issues. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. Inspect aircraft structures, engines, systems, and components. Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures and manuals. Review maintenance records, technical documents, and aircraft status. Use approved tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Identify defects, faults, and potential safety issues. Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, technicians, and operations staff. Support aircraft testing, functional checks, and return-to-service activities. Ensure maintenance work meets aviation safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation. Coordinate with approved maintenance organizations and suppliers when required. Stay updated on aircraft maintenance procedures, regulations, and technical changes. Support continuous improvements in aircraft reliability, safety, and maintenance efficiency. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation engineering. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, engines, and components. Experience with aircraft inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of AMM, IPC, SRM, MEL, and other aviation technical documentation. Understanding of aviation safety, quality, and airworthiness requirements. Aircraft maintenance license such as EASA Part-66, GCAA, FAA A&P, or equivalent is advantageous. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and safety. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work shifts and manage maintenance priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aircraft maintenance systems. Professional, reliable, disciplined, and safety-focused approach.
