Job description
This is a chance to join one of the fastest-growing restaurant technology businesses globally and help drive its next stage of expansion across the UAE.
Backed by more than $72M in funding, the company is building payment and checkout technology designed specifically for hospitality, helping restaurants reduce friction, speed up table turnover and improve the overall customer experience.
Following rapid international growth, they’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business across the UAE and build relationships with some of the region’s leading restaurant groups and hospitality brands.
The role
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right prospects and getting through the door through to product demonstrations, commercial negotiation and closing.
The focus will be on restaurant groups, hospitality operators and high-value independent venues, selling solutions including Pay-at-Table, SoftPOS and wider digital payment and analytics tools.
This is a field-based, high-energy role. You’ll spend time in market meeting operators, building relationships and creating opportunities, while also using outbound, market insight and data to keep the pipeline moving.
Once a deal is closed, you’ll work closely with Onboarding and Operations to make sure new customers are set up properly and seeing value quickly.
What we're looking for
Strong B2B sales or business development experience.
A proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business.
Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality market.
Comfortable selling directly to owners, operators and senior decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, hunter-style approach to sales.
Experience across hospitality technology, SaaS, merchant payments or fintech would be a strong fit.
What’s on offer
Alongside a base salary of AED 18,000–23,000 per month, the role offers an uncapped double-OTE commission structure.
You’ll also be joining a well-funded scale-up at a point of significant international growth, with direct exposure to founders, commercial leadership and some of the biggest names in hospitality across the region.
