Job Summary:

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential and commercial leasing transactions from inquiry to completion.

• Source and list available properties for rent through various channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and understand clients' property requirements.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.

• Negotiate rental terms and facilitate agreements between landlords and tenants.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and client records.

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi rental market trends, property values, and available inventory.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful leasing transactions.

• Ensure all leasing activities and documentation comply with UAE regulations and company procedures.

• Achieve individual leasing targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate leasing in Abu Dhabi is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property rental market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

• UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
