يقوم مطور مناهج صيانة الطيران بتصميم البرامج التعليمية لمواضيع متعددة متعلقة بالطيران. ويستخدم الوثائق الفنية، وملاحظات الإدارة/المدربين/الطلاب، والتقييمات الرسمية للدورات لتعديل/تحديث المواد التعليمية للدورة حسب الحاجة.
1. تصميم وتطوير مناهج وبرامج التدريب على صيانة الطيران باستخدام الوثائق الفنية ومدخلات الخبراء المعتمدين والإدارة للطائرات والمعدات.
2. استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية والنظم الإجرائية لضمان توافق البرامج التدريبية مع نهج النظم للتدريب (SAT).
3. المساعدة في إجراء تحليل الاحتياجات، وكتابة أهداف التعلم، وتحديد المحتويات التدريبية، وتطوير المواد التعليمية، وكتابة المناهج الدراسية.
4. التنسيق مع الخبراء المختصين (SMEs) لضمان دمج المقاييس مع تقييم الأداء.
5. التواصل مع خبراء الصيانة، والمشرفين والمدراء، والدعم الفني، والمجالات ذات الصلة لضمان دقة مواد الدورة وأنها تعكس التكوين الحالي للطائرات/المعدات.
6. مراجعة وتحليل تقييمات الدورات لتحديد مدى فعالية التدريب.
7. تنفيذ التعديلات على مواد الدورة حسب الحاجة لتحسين فعالية التدريب.
8. أداء أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالتدريب يتم التكليف بها من قبل مشرف أو مدير التدريب.
• درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الطائرات أو تخصص طيران ذات صلة.
• مطور مناهج معتمد بمؤهل معترف به مثل نهج النظم للتدريب (SAT) أو شهادة مطور مناهج TRAINAIR PLUS من الإيكاو (ICAO).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تطوير البرامج والمناهج التدريبية.
• خلفية عامة في التدريب على صيانة الطيران.
The Aviation Maintenance Curriculum Developer designs instructional programs for multiple aviation-related topics. S/he utilizes technical documentation, management/instructor/student feedback, and official Course Evaluations to amend/upgrade course instructional materials as necessary.
1. Designs and develops aviation maintenance training curricula and courseware using technical documentation, SME and management input for aircraft and equipment.
2. Uses computer based applications and procedural systems to ensure courseware is SAT compliant.
3. Assist in performing needs analysis, writes learning objectives, establishes training contents, develops instructional materials and writes teaching syllabi.
4. Coordinates with the Subjects Matter Experts ( SME’s ) to ensure metrics are integrated with performance evaluation.
5. Liaise with maintenance SME’s, supervisors and managers, technical support, and applicable area to ensure that course material is accurate and reflects aircraft/Equipment's current configuration.
6. Reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training.
7. Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
8. Perform any other training related duties as assigned by the Training Supervisor or Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Engineering or a related aviation discipline.
• Certified Course Developer with a recognized qualification such as SAT (Systems Approach to Training) or ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Course Developer Certification.
• Minimum of 4 Years Experience in courseware development.
• General background in aviation maintenance training.
