الغرض من الوظيفة
التحقق من وثائق السفر وضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية المتعلقة بالرحلات المشمولة بمذكرات التفاهم (MOU) والرحلات عالية المخاطر، بالإضافة إلى إعداد وإرسال تقارير إنزال الركاب لحماية المؤسسة من الغرامات الباهظة والمخالفات التي قد تفرضها سلطات الهجرة المختلفة وتجنب التسبب في أي إزعاج للضيوف. تقديم خدمة استثنائية للضيوف، والتعامل الآمن والمهني معهم، وتحقيق التميز التشغيلي خلال العمليات العادية وغير المنتظمة بما يتماشى مع قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة واللوائح والمعايير الأخرى المعمول بها وإجراءات الشركة مع التركيز التام على السلامة والأمن وراحة الضيوف.
المسؤوليات
- تقييم والتحقق من وثائق السفر للضيوف المسافرين على جميع الرحلات المشمولة بمذكرة التفاهم (MOU) وفئة الرحلات عالية المخاطر وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي لكشف الوثائق المزورة وما يترتب على ذلك من كشف المهاجرين غير الشرعيين المحتملين والمسهلين لهم
- تحديد اتجاهات الأنشطة والممارسات الاحتيالية المتعلقة بوثائق السفر
- إعداد تقارير مدعمة بالحقائق والمبررات لتسهيل الطعون المقدمة لسلطات الهجرة لإلغاء الغرامات المفروضة على الشركة
- مساعدة فريق العمليات والسلطات المحلية في التعامل مع حالات الضيوف غير المسموح ببدء سفرهم أو دخولهم بناءً على حساسيتها والمتطلبات التنظيمية المختلفة
- إحاطة فريق العمليات بشأن حالات الانتهاكات والحوادث المرتبطة بالتحقق من وثائق الضيوف
- إعداد تقرير إنزال الضيوف الذين تم إنزالهم من الرحلات الجوية وتقديمه إلى السلطات المحلية
المؤهلات والخبرة
- مؤهل تعليمي ثانوي مع مؤهل إضافي يتعلق بالتحقق من الوثائق أو أمن الطيران
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التحقق من الوثائق والامتثال لشروط الهجرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في عمليات المطار في مطار دولي رئيسي
Purpose
To verify travel documents and ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements related to flights with MOU & high-risk as well as preparation and submission of offloading reports to protect the organization from heavy penalties and infringements which may be imposed by various immigration authorities and avoid inconvenience to guests. Deliver exceptional guest service; safe and professional guest handling; and provide operational excellence during regular & irregular operations in compliance with the UAE laws, regulations, other applicable standards, company procedures with utmost focus on safety, security and guest convenience.
Accountabilities
- Assess and verify travel documents of guests travelling on all flights covered under MOU & High-risk category and ensure regulatory compliance to identify fraudulent documents with the resultant detection of prospective illegal immigrants and facilitators
- Identify trends of fraudulent activities and practices in relation to travel documents
- Prepare reports with facts and justifications to facilitate immigration appeals to revoke penalties issued to the company
- Assist operations team and local authorities in dealing with cases of inadmissible guests based on sensitivity of the case and various regulatory requirements
- Brief operations team regarding cases of breaches and incidents linked to document verification of guests
- Prepare offloading report for guests offloaded from flights and submit to local authorities
Education & Experience
- Secondary level education with additional qualification related to Document Verification or Aviation Security
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Document Verification and Immigration Compliance
- Minimum 1 year experience in airport operations at a major international airport
