سيكون منتجع "وين جزيرة المرجان" أول منتجع متكامل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومن المقرر افتتاحه في عام 2027، ويسقع المنتجع على بعد 50 ميلاً من مطار دبي الدولي في إمارة رأس الخيمة. وسيضم المنتجع 1530 غرفة وسويت، و22 مطعماً وصالة ومقهاً، ومسرحاً، ونادياً شاطئياً. كما سيحتوي على العديد من حمامات السباحة وأحواض الخوض، وسبا فاخر من فئة الخمس نجوم، وصالون للتجميل، وممشى للتسوق، ومركز للاحتفالات والفعاليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذا الدور هي:
- قيادة جميع العمليات الأمنية خلال الوردية المحددة، بما في ذلك مناطق الألعاب والمناطق غير المخصصة للألعاب، والعمل كمرجع أعلى للوردية في المسائل الأمنية.
- توجيه مشرف الأمن في توزيع الفريق الأمني عبر مناطق الألعاب والمناطق غير المخصصة للألعاب للحفاظ على تغطية فعالة وقدرة على الاستجابة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومحمية ومُنضبطة في جميع أنحاء المنشأة من خلال الإشراف النشط والمراقبة الميدانية للنقاط الأمنية.
- ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الألعاب، والضوابط الداخلية، وسياسات المنتجع، والإجراءات الأمنية.

- توجيه ودعم مشرف الأمن والفريق الأمني في جميع المناطق المحددة للحفاظ على معايير السلوك والمظهر والأداء.
- تقديم التدريب، والتوجيه، والإرشادات التصحيحية لمشرف الأمن والفريق الأمني خلال الوردية.
- إجراء إحاطات الوردية وعمليات التسليم والتسلم مع مشرف الأمن والفريق الأمني لإبلاغهم بالحوادث، والمخاطر، ومشكلات التوظيف، والأولويات التشغيلية.

- تعزيز معايير الخدمة المهنية المرتكزة على الضيوف مع ضمان بقاء الإجراءات الأمنية قانونية ومتوافقة مع السياسة.
- تقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات التشغيلية على مستوى الوردية لدعم التحسين المستمر عبر عمليات الأمن في مناطق الألعاب والمناطق غير المخصصة للألعاب.
نبذة عنك
- متطلب إجباري: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأمن في المنتجات المتكاملة الكبيرة.
- متطلب إجباري: خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق عمل كبيرة.
- متطلب إجباري: درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في مجال الأمن أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادة أخصائي حماية معتمد (CPP) من الجمعية الدولية لسلامة المنشآت (ASIS International).
- حضور قيادي قوي وحس مهني عالي.
- نزاهة عالية، وكتمان للسرية، ومسؤولية.
- مهارات تواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة فعالة.

Job Description
About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled
Shift Manager - Asset Protection to join our
Asset Protection team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead all security operations during the assigned shift, inclusive of gaming and non-gaming areas, and act as the on-shift authority for security matters.
- Direct the Security Supervisor in the deployment of the security team across gaming and non-gaming areas to maintain effective coverage and response capability.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and controlled environment throughout the property through active supervision and post oversight.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, resort policies, and security procedures.
- Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas, including gaming, back-of-house, and other controlled locations, and verify authorized entry.
- Direct the Security Supervisor and security team in responding to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, medical events, and emergencies occurring in gaming and non-gaming areas.
- Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Corporate Investigations, and other relevant departments during incident response and follow-up.
- Monitor the gaming floor and non-gaming areas for security threats, prohibited conduct, and indicators affecting gaming integrity, guest safety, and asset protection.
- Ensure timely escalation and reporting of significant incidents to Security leadership and approved stakeholders.
- Direct and support the Security Supervisor and security team across all assigned areas to maintain standards of conduct, appearance, and performance.
- Provide coaching, direction, and corrective guidance to the Security Supervisor and security team during the shift.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers with the Security Supervisor and security team to communicate incidents, risks, staffing issues, and operational priorities.
- Review shift logs, incident records, and other required documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Direct the Security Supervisor and security team in managing guest incidents, disputes, refusals of entry, removals, and enforcement actions in accordance with policy.
- Maintain readiness of security equipment, communications devices, and other assigned operational resources.
- Conduct inspections of security posts, patrol routes, access points, and operating conditions across gaming and non-gaming areas to identify and address deficiencies.
- Direct the Security Supervisor and security team in the execution of emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity procedures affecting any area of the property.
- Liaise with gaming, hotel, food and beverage, entertainment, and other operational departments to support safe, secure, and uninterrupted operations.
- Promote professional, guest-focused service standards while ensuring security actions remain lawful and consistent with policy.
- Provide shift-level observations and operational recommendations to support continuous improvement across gaming and non-gaming security operations.
About You
- Required: Minimum 5 years’ security management experience in large integrated resorts.
- Required: Demonstrated experience leading large teams.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or a related field.
- Preferred: ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- Strong leadership presence and professional judgement.
- High integrity, discretion, and accountability.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of gaming, non-gaming, hospitality, and security operating environments.
- Strong analytical, risk-based, and decision-making capability.
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of security training principles, including training needs analysis, delivery, and competency assessment.
