We are looking for the Architectural Engineer, which has minimum 3-5 years  work experience with Dubai Municipality Approval, to join our dynamic Team.

Company SSD Building Contracting was founded 01.01.2020 The main owner of the company is Shumskikh Sergey Sergeevich. The activity of the company includes construction of Villas in Dubai with the subsequent sale of this property. 

Responsibilities of the Architectural Engineer will include but not limited:

•  Studying and evaluating construction designs and blueprints to guarantee a feasible plan. 

•  Ensuring the structural integrity and safety of a proposed structure as opposed to building styles and aesthetics. 

•  Leading and developing projects from early concept through design development.

•  Identifying  and solving issues in building plans, structures and prototypes

•  Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

•  Designing and documenting commercial and industrial building projects.

•  Consulting with clients to determine their requirements

A successful candidate should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team. You should be analytical, have excellent time management skills, and  be able to find effective solutions to fit with the project's timeline, budget, and objectives
