  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations.

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting.

  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis of consolidated results, including budgets, forecasts, and month-end results.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with banks, finance and insurance companies for securing debt funding to partner equity funds and ensuring better returns on investments for shareholders and debt owners.

  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand/interpret complex data and communicate it in a simple way across functional groups.

  • Experience in analyzing, evaluating and reconciling financial data to arrive at accurate conclusions and business recommendations, re-capitalize the business with existing shareholders and attracting new shareholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.

  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

  • Business process re-engineering, to consolidate the operation under one entity for better control and achieve profitability.
