X-Space Real Estate, a growing and successful Real Estate company, is searching for a talented Accountant to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our real estate business, with a focus on industry-specific tasks.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting standards. These cover all accounting transactions such as accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets, reconciliation, and managing budgets.


  • Cash flow management: Monitor and ensure smooth cash flow by monitoring receipts and expenditures, it's include reconciling bank statements accurately and up-to-date.


  • Tax preparation: Preparation of VAT and Corporate tax as UAE FTA compliance.


  • Cost Management & Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize unnecessary expenditure, and optimize spending to ensure efficient resource allocation without compromising operational effectiveness.


  • Risk Management & Internal Controls: Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, establish robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate fraud.


  • Financial Leadership & Communication: Act as financial translators, transforming complex financial data into clear and concise reports and presentations tailored for various stakeholders, including senior management. Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Skills

Requirements:


  1. HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CAT or CPA preferred)
  2. MUST - A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with proof of previous work experience, is a MUST. Background in the real estate field is a bonus.
  3. Experience work and liaise with the Auditor.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Telly, Odoo, Xero) with experience in real estate accounting modules.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel and Power BI)
