Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Description of Sales Manager - Handling a Sales Team of 6-10 Sales Agents. - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. - Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. - Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. - Meeting planned sales goals. - Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. - Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. - Overseeing the activities and performance of the designated sales team. - Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. - Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. - Promoting the organization and products. - Include developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies. - Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions. - Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information. - Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. - Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.

- Proven experience as a sales manager in the real estate / Broker company, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals - Excellent understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, including knowledge of local regulations and market trends - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused approach to sales - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in real estate sales will be a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools to track and optimize sales performance
