We are Looking for Business Development Associate to join our team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our business in the UAE and other parts of the world. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and business development to play a key role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry, in the UAE and overseas. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for business development. - Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients. - Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and achievements to the management team.

- Bachelor's degree - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics / Freight Forwarding industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented approach. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Fluency in English. - Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage
