Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point of contact to Senior Area Leadership Team (SLT) members for any inquiries
- Manage and maintain the ALT’s calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls and keeping minutes of meetings when necessary
- Coordinate the ALT’s travel itineraries, flights, visas, hotel accommodation, and other travel needs in cooperation with the Travel & Events Management team and follow up to ensure it’s done on time
- Provide full-cycle support with the sample management such as liaising with managers to collect requirements, ordering samples, maintaining all the necessary documentation and sample trackers, updating systems, dispensing the samples, etc.
- Provide receptionist and office admin support to the UAE Head Office; greet visitors, answer calls and field them accordingly. Address visitor questions and needs, handle all couriers -incoming & outgoing-, order office supplies, etc.
