Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for providing an efficient and effective support for business development in non-educational segment, selection and recruitment of candidates, managing driving tests, HR induction and QHSE training, accident investigations, vehicle registration and permits, overseeing fleet inspections and upkeeping of vehicles and fleet operations in schools and provide intensive support to the Branch Manager & QAT for offering safe transport services to schools in the U.A.E. and also ensure that STS objectives are achieved.

Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nebosh – IGC Qualified Familiar with Excel – VLOOKUP formulas, web browsing (Phoenix, Intranet). Problem-solving and Analytical Skills Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements. IT proficiency (MS Office Suite is a must) Essential Experience: Preferably with experience in the transportation/mobility and education industry with minimum of 5 years. Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role within the transportation field. Essential Skills and Qualifications: . Degree Holder • Nebosh – IGC Qualified • Familiar with excel – VLOOKUP formulas, web browsing (Phoenix, Intranet). • Communication skills to coordinate with support staff (English – Hindi)
