-Practice compliance & implementation of applicable UAE labor laws and regulations
-Must have full knowledge on how to work with agencies, both locally and overseas to include their agreements.
-Ability to handle recruitment needs through overseas employment and outsourcing projects to include outsourcing contracts.
-Manage screening tests for new employees (psychometric tests).
-Handle full range of HR administrative tasks ( from onboarding, employee records, compensation and benefits, etc.).
-Extensive experience working with agencies both locally Skilled in overseas employment
-Must have knowledge and experience with screening tests
-Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the UAE
-Skill in outsourcing is a must
-understanding of UAE agency rates is a must
-Full understanding of UAE law
