Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen actively to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist customers with product or service-related queries.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
