 Job Description:


~ The Chef de Partie - Role requires specialization in Emirati cuisine. The candidate is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen that focuses on traditional Emirati dishes and flavors. Duties may include preparing and cooking authentic Emirati dishes, such as Machboos, Harees, Luqaimat and more according to traditional recipes and culinary techniques. The Chef holds responsibility for supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and presentation standards specific to Emirati cuisine, ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety protocols are followed. Chef de Parties specializing in Emirati cuisine have to have knowledge about local ingredients, spices, and cooking methods unique to the region and work under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Job Requirements:


  •  Certified School Education in College
  • Certificate course in Kitchen
  • Work experience in five star hotels.
  • Five Star Hotel Apprenticeship 
  • Hygiene/HACCP Certificate
  • Maintaining hygiene practices in every section of the kitchen premises, according to the instructions of the senior officials.
  • Preventing any damage to kitchen equipment so that the quality is maintained in cuisine preparations.
  • Sound knowledge of the established food safety practices and the strategies to ensure the regulations are maintained during food preparation.
  • Can work in a team and contribute to the development of various kitchen operation strategies for the organization's overall improvement.
