Job Description:


~ To oversee the culinary operations in the restaurant or hospitality establishment specializing in Oriental cuisine. Duties may include menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring high standards of food quality plus presentation. Additionally, the role may be involved in creating new dishes, training kitchen staff, maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. It is important for the Executive Oriental Chef to have a strong background in Oriental cooking techniques, a creative flair for developing unique dishes, and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a kitchen team and operations in the restaurant.

Job Criteria:


~ We're hiring for an Executive Oriental Chef - Role for a leading Leisure & Hospitality Organization in Dubai with the below mentioned criteria:

  • Five years work experience in five star hotels.
  • Minimum experience of two years in a Sous Chef position
  • Two years Five Star Hotel Apprenticeship 
  • Certified School Education in College
  • Certificate course in Kitchen/Culinary Arts
  • Intermediate Hygiene/HACCP Certificate
