Planning Engineer now required to work with a $100m plus manufacturing business based in RAK with a focus on EPC projects within the Energy, Petrochem, Oil and Gas EPC sector. Job Functions • Develop delivery plans and analyse production requirements, forecast materials for inventory builds. • Monitor material flows and lead efforts to identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions or shortages promptly. • Create production schedules based on project requirements and inventory levels. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets. • Continuously assess production capacity and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments. • Anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the production process to ensure smooth operations. • Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to established milestones and deadlines. • Collect and analyse data related to material consumption, production output, and project performance.
