Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule delivery and pickup of packages to ensure timely and efficient service - Communicate with drivers and clients to provide necessary information and updates on delivery status - Monitor and track the location and status of packages using tracking systems and software - Resolve any delivery issues or delays in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any relevant information

- Proven experience in a similar role within the courier or logistics industry - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with drivers and clients - Proficiency in using tracking systems and software to monitor and manage package deliveries - Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions to ensure efficient delivery operations - Knowledge of geographical locations and routes within the designated area
