Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take customer orders and process payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is required.
Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality or bartending is a plus.
