Provide L1 technical support to end users for all desktop/laptop issues related to hardware and software, ensuring effective desk-side support.

Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to resolve user hardware/software issues on desktops/laptops promptly.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to network printers, escalating major printer issues as necessary.

Interact daily with end users and customers, both internal and external, to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.

Assist in creating operational documents, training materials, help subsystems, user documentation, and technical project documentation as required. Provide recommendations for process improvement on technical issues.
