Book reservations and issue tickets using the agency's booking system or online platforms.

Advise clients on travel regulations, documentation requirements, and travel insurance options.

Handle any inquiries or issues before, during, or after the trip, ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Skills

Proven experience as a Travel Counselor or similar role in the travel industry is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including cultural and recreational aspects.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proficiency in booking systems and online travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Expedia).

Attention to detail and accuracy in booking travel arrangements.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good geographical knowledge and understanding of travel regulations and requirements.

Certification from accredited travel counseling courses or associations is a plus.
