The role involves working on projects associated with Stormwater & Drainage, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks Pumping Station, Recycling Plant. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction supervising & monitoring. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi. Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to: • Responsible for overall site Safety health and environment management. • Shall prepare site safety plan & procedures for site and implement safety policy. • Shall conduct safety meetings at least once every month and conduct the site safety Audit and report that to the management. • Health and safety supervisors conduct safety Training and other necessary training as fit by the management. • Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and documents them for reference. Consult with workers and management on the best approach to deliver a safe working environment for all workers. • Conduct risk assessment program for the site work activities. • Conduct Audit for the site, contractor and sub-contractor, Raise NCR, Accident, Incident Report. • Client Service Management - Internal and external client liaison - Ability to build and maintain safety environment at site. - Experience in infra project HSE supervision Management. • Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner. - Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures. - Maintain the health and safety environment at workplace. • Other duties as requested from time to time by the Resident Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. - Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in a safety role. - Experience with infrastructure construction/ Sewerage Field work. - Certification in NEBOSH General/ Construction Certificate or equivalent, OSHAD - Qudorat official Registration - SWS Experience is preferred
