European massage salon, Looking for SPA Administrator with hight level of English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
Working hours from 1pm to 11pm, total 10hrs a day, two day off a week, one month vacation in a year.
- Responsible for answering phones, WhatsApp messages and responding to client inquiries.
- Should accurately process payment transactions for spa services, including credit card payments and cash handling.
- Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by promptly responding to questions and offering assistance as needed.
- Ensures optimal inventory control by managing stock levels, restocking products, and placing orders as needed.
