Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Job Offer Contract from Ministry of Labor depending on the type of hire, i.e inside country, outside country, relative sponsored, temporary work permit etc.
- Process tasks related to Mission visa and ensure all related jobs are performed in HR System.
- Perform job offer typing activities in HR System and update the reference and expense in E-Smart
- Check Visa quota status and amend it based on request from the HRBP
- Manage tasks related to “Nawakas” by ensuring regular follow up with the requestor.
Skills
Preference:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Including but not limited to Capex, IFRS 16 for Revenue recognition, IFRS 16 for leases, IFRS 9 and IAS 38.
- Experience with SAP and other accounting systems. Experience with BI tools is plus (Tableau/Power BI) would an advantage.
- Immediate Joiners highly preferred
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
