We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with trading experience to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You should have a strong background in trading, specifically in the rice, lentils, and spice industry. Fluency in Arabic is a must and Persian languages is an advantage, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with clients in the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
3. Identify new trading opportunities in the rice, lentils, and spice industry.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region, leveraging your language skills.
5. Monitor market trends in the rice, lentils, and spice industry to identify potential business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including fluency in Arabic and Persian languages.
4. Experience in trading rice, lentils, and spice is required.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region.
