About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.
Job Description:
- Coordinate all recruitment process with HR team, agencies, and proceed with onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and in compliance with local labor laws.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 30 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years UAE experience on same role FROM an F&B Group or F&B Team with multiple branches
- Must have good understanding of F&B and employee culture in Abu Dhabi
- Has experience handling at least 350 employees & above
