We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, hands-on experience with distributors, and a proven track record in direct sales. This role requires a proactive and resilient individual who can navigate the unique challenges of the MedTech industry in the UAE and Middle East region. Description * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. * Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals. * Engage directly with customers and hospital administrators (buyers, HODs). * Participate actively in tender processes, with familiarity in NUPCO and other buying arms. * Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with distributor managers. * Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities. * Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. * Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. * Proven track record in direct sales and hands-on distributor management in the UAE and Saudi markets. * Strong understanding of the MedTech industry, including tender processes and distributor landscapes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to adapt and pivot strategies quickly as needed. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
