Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring efficient seating and table turnover.
Provide guests with menus and inform them of special items and promotions.
Monitor the dining area to ensure tables are available for new guests.
Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including setting tables and arranging chairs.
Ensure the entrance area is tidy and inviting.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, special events, and promotions.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle busy situations and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
