Roles & Responsibilities:

  • • Assist operation and project teams in Post Contract procurement activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal approvals and authorized signatures as per company policies.
  • Run the Variation Order process as per the procedures.
  • Facilitate Budget proposal request Process
  • Maintain trackers for contractual data to ensure that accurate data is available for reporting and planning purposes.
  • Ensure that all related Contract registers / VO registers / Budget request trackers are updated and readily available


Skills

Preference:

  • 4 years’ experience in construction or facilities management projects
  • Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma and completed training in relevant aspects of mechanical or electrical assets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
