Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and impact of various programs through digital media. Job Description: Marketing Project Management: •Work closely with internal team members, external vendors (agencies), and partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient execution of marketing programs. •Anticipate, plan, and seamlessly execute marketing operations in PR, social media, video production, and events. •Coordinate the marketing and promotion of various projects, managing the day-to-day operation of marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Asana, and other systems. •Address challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed. •Continually monitor campaign performance, market updates, and consumer trends to recalibrate responsive campaigns accordingly. Content Creation: •Develop and assist in creating Arabic and English content and strategies that drive audience engagement, brand performance, and program success. •Utilize digital marketing, social media and community management, website management, content marketing, SEO, blogs, thought leadership activities, and program recruitment. •Collaborate with partner communications teams and leverage opportunities for cross-promotions, strategic events, and media coverage. Reporting and Documentation: •Forecast and track key account metrics. •Prepare and present reports on the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. •Maintain and archive documents with effective filing systems on the shared drive and maintain an inventory of community outreach materials. •Create and update spreadsheets, databases, and datasets.

Qualifications and Key Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. •3–5 years of experience with a digital, social, PR agency or in an in-house marketing team. •Strong copywriting and copyediting skills in Arabic and English. •Proficiency and working knowledge of marketing execution, project management, automation, and reporting tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office platforms. •Experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, and communication. •Ability to coordinate between the company and various digital agencies. •Skills in social media management, analytical reporting, concept development, editing, and copyright.
